Personal Information. When you subscribe to our newsletter or download a free resource, we may collect your name and email address. Nothing is sold on this Site and we never collect payment information. If paid files are offered later, they are sold through a third-party marketplace under its own terms and privacy policy.

Automatically Collected Information. When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect certain information about your device, including your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system.

Email Subscription Data. When you sign up for a free download or our newsletter, we collect your email address and first name, and we record which download you asked for, the date, the notice you saw next to the buttons, and which button you chose: “Yes, send me the Saturday file” (add me to the newsletter on Substack) or “No thanks, just this file”. Either way you get the file. We keep this list on our own server. It is used only to give you the file and, if you chose “Yes”, to send you the newsletter, and we never sell or share it.

We use the information we collect to:

• Send our newsletter — only if you choose “Yes” on a download form or subscribe yourself; you can leave it with one click
• Improve our Site and content based on usage patterns
• Respond to your inquiries and support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We use the following third-party services:

• Email Service Provider — for delivering newsletters and free downloads.
• Google AdSense — some pages show ads served by Google. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites; visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first through Google's consent message. You can opt out of personalised ads at adssettings.google.com. How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• YouTube — videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and the player loads only when you press play.
• Analytics — we run our own cookieless analytics on this Site. It records which pages are viewed, how far they are scrolled, which links and buttons are clicked, the referring site, device type, browser and the visitor's country. The country is derived from the IP address on arrival; the IP address itself is never stored. Visits are grouped with a one-way hash that changes every 24 hours, so a visitor cannot be recognised across days or identified. No data from forms is recorded by analytics. The data stays on our own server, is not shared with anyone and is deleted after 13 months. Country lookup uses IP Geolocation by DB-IP.
